Since its inception Vero Beachside Sales-Rentals has prided itself on providing professional and responsive full service property management for out of town investors. We specialize in property management and rental services for Condo and House owners on Vero's Barrier Island and high end mainland properties.  We find yearly, seasonal, and monthly providing full property management servcies.

We handle all aspects of the property management function:   

  1. Photograph and prepare marketing materials customized for your property.
  2. Place advertisements in two local MLS systems offering other Brokers a commission for helping to secure a good tenant.
  3. Place advertisements in Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia etc.
  4. Interview prospective tenants
  5. Run credit reports and background checks as needed.
  6. Prepare leases
  7. Collect Escrow funds and deposit per Florida Law.
  8. Prepare and submit any necessary HOA or Condo Association Documents
  9. Collect and pay Tourist Tax on short term rentals
  10.  Arrange pre occupancy cleaning
  11. Arrange for Tenant access at their convenience 24 hours a day
  12. Send funds less commissions to owner
  13. Pay other realtor out of our commission if one is involved
  14. Handle all tenant communications
  15. Arrange for any repairs as needed
  16. Handle any tenant problems and questions
  17.  Arrange for post occupancy cleaning
  18. Supervise checking property, deduct for any damages or missing items and return remaining funds to tenant per Florida Tenant Law
  19. Prepare property for next tenant
  20. Send owner 1099 of net proceeds at start of next year.
